Hawaiian Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup
4 chicken breast halves (skinless and boneless)
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Pound the chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness.
Mix hot water and margarine in bowl.
Stir in stuffing mix, pepper and half of pineapple and syrup.
Spoon stuffing mix evenly on chicken; roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
Place in 9-inch square pan, putting the remaining stuffing in the center.
