Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small zucchini or 1 lb.
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. horseradish
    a small amount of water
    8 or 10 crumbled crackers
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Slice or dice zucchini into a frying pan or small kettle.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and water.
    Let cook for about 25 minutes. While you beat the eggs, add the other ingredients to the eggs, then the zucchini.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until set (about 30 minutes).
