Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

In medium bowl beat cheese with fork until smooth.
Gradually stir in pineapple, pecans (1 cup), green peppers, onions and salt. Chill. Shape into ball and roll in remaining pecans.
