Pastry For Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Crisco
    1 c. boiling water
    2 1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together with mixer.
    Add 3 1/2 more cups of flour, mixing with a spoon with each addition.
    Generously flour surface of area. Take 1/4 of the dough and make into a ball.
    Flour the surface and roll out to a size larger than the pie tin and 1/4-inch thick. Fold in half and half again and lift into the pie tin.
    Form against the sides and crimp the edges.
    Makes enough for 2 (9-inch) pies.
