Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. cheese crackers
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    1 large egg, uncooked
    1/4 fresh lemon
    1/2 c. 2% milk
    1/2 medium onion
    1 tsp. parsley (fresh or dried)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    all liquid from salmon
Preparation
    Preheat oven while combining the ingredients.
    Drain salmon, save liquid.
    Remove any large bones.
    Squeeze juice of lemon. Chop onion in small pieces.
    Combine salmon and bread crumbs. Crumble cheese crackers.
    Add all remaining ingredients in medium bowl.
    Mix well with fork until blended thoroughly.
    (Economical, easy and quick for lunch or dinner!)
