Apple Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken cutlets
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped apples
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Saute celery and apples in 2 tablespoons butter for 5 minutes. Stir in crumbs and spices.
    Place mix on chicken and roll up. Heat 2 tablespoons butter.
    Brown chicken all over.
    Add sherry and broth.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
