Maids Of Honor - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
jam of choice

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except jam.
Fill each cup in a miniature muffin pan halfway with mix.
Make indentation with spoon and fill with jam of choice (raspberry, etc.).
Bake at 375\u00b0 until crisp. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
