Chocolate Eclairs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 stick margarine
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat water and margarine until it boils and margarine is completely melted.
Remove from heat and immediately add flour and salt; mix well.
It will be stiff.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well with spoon after each one.
Put into cookie press with cream puff tip and press out to desired length onto cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
When cool, poke a hole in one end with knife or spoon handle and fill with filling, then frost.
