Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 carrots
    1 small head cauliflower
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 stick margarine
    6 oz. Velveeta
    1 c. crushed crackers
Preparation
    Parboil vegetables.
    Put in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine and cheese.
    Mix with vegetables.
    Melt remaining margarine; mix with crackers, then pour over top.
    Bake for 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
