Sweet Potato Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. sweet potatoes
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick oleo
marshmallows

Preparation

Boil sweet potatoes with peel on until tender.
Remove from heat.
Cool and peel.
Cut in halves and place in baking dish. Pour pineapple over sweet potatoes.
Sprinkle brown sugar on top; dot with oleo.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Place marshmallows all over.
Put under broiler until brown.
Serve hot.
Serves 10 to 12 people.
