Fresh Fruit Bowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
    1 1/2 gal. mixed fresh fruit (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, blueberries, apples, etc.)
    1 (12 oz.) can ginger ale (1 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir gelatin into boiling water until dissolved.
    Stir in lemonade concentrate and ginger ale.
    Add mixed fruit and toss gently until well coated.
    Cover. Refrigerate at least 4 hours until chilled.
    Makes 1 1/2 gallons or 24 (1 cup) servings.
