Cheddar Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns, thawed
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and bake in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
