Mom'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    bunches of scallions, chopped
    16 oz. canned tomatoes
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    8 oz. wide egg noodles (uncooked)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a large skillet, brown ground beef. While the beef is browning, combine in a mixing bowl the cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream and chopped scallions.
    When the beef is browned, drain the grease, then stir in the canned tomatoes and tomato sauce.
    In a greased 3-quart casserole dish, layer in this order:
    half of the noodles, all of the cheese mixture, remaining noodles and all of the tomato and beef mixture. Cook, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
