Apple Raisin Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. applesauce
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    I use 2 cups self-rising flour instead of 2 cups of flour and the baking powder and baking soda.
    Cream the butter, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy, then add lemon juice, milk, applesauce and raisins.
    Bake in well-greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 until done, about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
