Won Tons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger, sausage, chicken or shrimp, etc.
2 eggs
1 head cabbage (medium size)
1 to 2 onions
soy sauce
1 pkg. won ton wraps for egg rolls
spices to suit taste
Preparation

Stir-fry together selected meat, eggs, shredded cabbage and chopped onions (diced). Wet the egg roll wraps 1 at a time in water. Fill them with ingredients and roll tightly. Drop into already preheated hot grease. Do not pile on top of each other; will stick together. Lay out on paper towels on long cookie sheet to harden and to absorb the grease. Douse with couple squirts of soy sauce for flavor. Makes about 30 won tons total.
