Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter or shortening
6 to 7 c. plain flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
In large mixing bowl, mix sugar, salt, milk and butter.
Add yeast and water mixture.
Knead in flour; cover.
Let rise until doubled in bulk.
Knead lightly. Roll dough out to desired thickness.
Cut into rolls.
Place on greased baking pan.
Let rise.
Bake in preheated oven at 450\u00b0 until golden brown.
Makes about 2 dozen rolls.
