Munnie'S Pineapple Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice of 4 lemons
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 can condensed milk
    1 carton half and half
    1 can evaporated milk
    whole milk
Preparation
    Mix lemon juice, crushed pineapple and sugar in large mixing bowl.
    Stir until sugar has dissolved.
    Combine condensed milk, half and half, evaporated milk and about 1 quart whole milk in freezer can.
    Slowly add the fruit mixture and stir until mixed. Freeze.
    Makes 1 1/2 gallons.
