Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. egg whites
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
    1 c. cake flour
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and salt until foamy.
    Add cream of tartar and beat until eggs stand in peaks.
    Add half of sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, and beat.
    Add flavoring.
    Sift rest of flour and sugar together and fold in carefully.
    Bake 75 minutes at 300\u00b0.
