Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chunk pineapple
    1 can mandarin oranges (large can)
    1 lb. fresh seedless grapes
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 c. diced celery
    4 cooked deboned chicken breasts
    1 can Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, mandarin oranges and water chestnuts.
    Drain well.
    Allow to sit in a strainer at least 30 minutes.
    Dice chicken; mix with the preceding.
    Add mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar and lemon juice.
    Mix well.
    Just before serving, combine with chicken mixture.
    Also, mix in 1 can Chinese noodles.
    Mix well.
    (Very nice to serve on hot summer days.)
