Chalupa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pinto beans
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    3 lb. pork roast
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
Preparation
    Cook meat and beans in separate pots. Cook meat until falls into pieces. Cook beans until very soft. Have a small amount of liquid in each. Mix meat and beans together in a large pan. To the mixture, add chili powder, chopped onion, salt, oregano, cumin and green chilies. Heat slow over low heat. Place on plate with crushed corn chips. Add meat mixture and top with chopped onion, chopped lettuce, grated cheese and taco sauce according to taste. Sour cream is optional.
