Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/3 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch slices.
Moisten with water.
Mix flour, cheese, salt and pepper in bag.
Shake potato slices in bag.
Melt 1/3 cup butter or margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan. Arrange potatoes in single layer.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning once.
