Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. spaghetti
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a heavy skillet, brown ground beef.
    Add onion and celery. Cook for a few minutes.
    Drain off fat.
    Add tomatoes, brown sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
    Drain and rinse.
    Layer spaghetti and meat mixture in casserole dish.
    Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 generously.
