Pork Chops En Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 onions, sliced
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    6 carrots, sliced
    4 celery stalks, chopped
    3 or 4 sprigs parsley
    sliced potatoes
    a little water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Quickly sear pork chops in skillet.
    Lightly brown onions. Place chops and onions in casserole and add tomatoes, carrots, celery stalks and parsley.
    Place a layer of sliced potatoes on top.
    Add a little water, pepper and salt to skillet and pour into casserole dish.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    When three parts cooked, pour a can of cream of mushroom soup over chops.
    Mix and finish baking.
