Mock Chicken Almond - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. Worthington chicken, cubed and drained
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced with water
    1 c. slivered almonds
    crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Fry and stir celery and onion for 10 minutes.
    Mix altogether (except chips).
    Add a handful of chips (crushed) over top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
    Can freeze before heating.
