Excellent Beer Batter For Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fish fillets (chunks)
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed dill weed
1/3 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. beer
vegetable oil for frying
Preparation

Rinse fish and pat dry.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, soda and dill.
Coat fish with the flour mixture.
With the remaining flour mixture, add the lemon juice and beer.
Heat 1-inch of oil to 376\u00b0.
Dip fish in batter and fry to golden brown.
Drain and serve immediately.
