Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cut pork into bite size pieces and brown in melted fat. Combine water, vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch and 1 cup pineapple juice in a small pot.
    Cook sauce until clear and slightly thickened.
    Pour over pork.
    Cover and cook 30 minutes. Add pineapple chunks and cook 2 more minutes.
    Serve over rice. Serves 4.
