Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 slices bread
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 onion, chopped fine
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. allspice
    dash of nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soak bread in egg and milk mixture.
    Mix ground beef and onion together and add to the bread, eggs and milk.
    Add sugar, spice, salt and pepper.
    Roll into small balls.
    Brown in butter.
    Bake in covered dish at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Turn frequently.
