Vegetarian Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup dry kidney beans
    6 cups water
    3 Tbsp. acceptable vegetable oil
    2 cups onions (chopped)
    2 cups green bell peppers (chopped)
    2 cloves garlic (minced)
    1 cup no-salt-added canned tomatoes (chopped)
    2 cups water
    1 cup bulgur (wheat)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder (or to taste)
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. cumin (ground)
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight in 3 cups of water.
