Lo-Cal Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. skim milk Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
1 box vanilla instant sugar-free pudding mix
1 c. skim milk
2 bananas
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. crushed pineapple (use own juice or water)
Preparation

Soften cheese by stirring.
Add milk to Ricotta and mix until blended.
(If you don't like curd, mash with potato masher.)
Add pudding mix and beat.
Will become very thick.
Spread cheese and pudding mix over cooled crust.
Slice bananas over this layer. Spread pineapple over bananas, then top with Cool Whip.
