Chili Tacos - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1 green pepper, chopped
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. dry basil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
3 Tbsp. chili powder
2 cans (1 lb.) tomatoes
1 c. water
1/4 c. red wine
2 cans (1 lb. each) pinto or kidney beans, drained
Preparation

Prepare taco shells, shredded lettuce, chopped onion, tomatoes and shredded cheese (Cheddar).
