Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 to 4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bring about 2 inches of oil to a high temperature in large skillet.
    Put a cup of batter in a funnel and begin to release from funnel when the oil is very hot, creating a spiral pattern.
    Fry until bottom is brown and flip to do other side.
    Top while hot with powdered sugar.
