Creamy French Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. ketchup or tomato-based chili sauce
    1 clove garlic (optional), minced or pressed
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 large egg
    3 Tbsp. dry red wine
Preparation
    In a blender, whirl the oil, ketchup, garlic, vinegar, mustard, egg and wine for about 15 seconds.
    Serve or pour into an airtight container and chill up to 1 week.
    Makes about 1 1/4 cups; allow 1 to 2 tablespoons per serving.
