Ten Minute Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Blue Bonnet butter (1 stick)
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Blend sugar and cocoa in 3-quart stack cooker. Add milk and butter. DO NOT STIR. Microwave at 100% power for 2 minutes. Stir well. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir until well blended. Pour into buttered medium shallow pan. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.
