Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chicken
    5 1/2 c. broth
    4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 1/2 c. American or Velveeta cheese
    1 chopped onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    3 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Boil the chicken and remove the meat.
    Put meat in a baking dish and add remaining ingredients.
    Mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 9 to 12 servings.
