Mexican Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. red pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, diced
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 c. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except tomatoes.
Cover and cook over moderate heat 7 minutes.
Add tomatoes; cook 2 minutes, uncovered, or until tomatoes are heated thoroughly.
