Cortland'S Cherry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red tart cherries
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Cook 7 minutes until thick.
    Bake in a 9-inch pie plate in an unbaked shell with topping at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Lower oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook another 35 minutes.
