Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    3 onions, sliced thick
    2 c. Minute rice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. tomatoes (canned)
    1/2 c. catsup
Preparation
    Coarsely slice cabbage.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Slightly brown meat with onions; salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour over cabbage.
    In a bowl mix together rice, sugar, tomatoes and catsup.
    Pour over meat and cabbage.
    Do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
