Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. shrimp or crab meat
    3 or 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Swiss or Monterey cheese
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    1/2 c. scallion (or regular onion)
    8 eggs
    1 c. half and half cream or milk
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into pie crusts and cook at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes approximately.
