1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. low-fat yogurt (plain or lemon)
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Quick Quaker oats (uncooked)
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. 4x sugar
Preparation

Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Add yogurt, egg whites, lemon peel and vanilla; mix well.
