Pickled Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 pt. tiny okra pods
    1 qt. white vinegar
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. salt
    1 clove garlic for each jar
    1 hot pepper for each jar
    1 tsp. dill seed for each jar
    1/4 tsp. celery seed for each jar
    1 tsp. dehydrated onion for each jar
Preparation
    Place garlic and hot pepper in bottom of hot clean pint jars. Fill with tiny okra pods.
    Add onion, dill seed and celery seed on top of filled jars.
    Bring vinegar, water and salt to boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour boiling hot mixture over okra and seal immediately with hot boiled seals and rings.
    Do not open for 8 weeks.
    Chill before serving.
