Jennie'S Tomato Bread(Sandwiches) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    2 to 3 red tomatoes
    1 to 2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 to 3 tsp. Parmesan cheese
    pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Slice bread lengthwise for open-face. Place on baking sheet, side by side.
    Lightly butter both halves of bread.
    Slice tomatoes and place on both halves of bread, 6 to 8 slices per half loaf.
    Salt and pepper lightly.
    Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan.
    Sprinkle lightly with Mozzarella. Sprinkle again with Parmesan.
