Rice Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. rice
    5 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Egg Beaters
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix rice, 4 cups milk and salt.
    Cook in double boiler top 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Mix 1 cup milk and other ingredients in a large bowl.
    Slowly stir in hot rice mixture.
    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Place in baking pan.
    Pour 1 inch of hot water into pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool on rack. Refrigerate until cold.
