Pork Chops In Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 apple
    4 pork chops, cut about 1/2-inch thick (trim fat)
    2 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon granules
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Core and slice apple (do not peel).
    Pour water in 9 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
    Stir in bouillon until dissolved.
    Add minced onion. Stir in rice and apple slices.
    Put pork chops on top of rice and apples.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
