Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. lemon rind
    1/4 tsp. salt
    baked pie crust
Preparation
    Mix water, cornstarch and sugar in saucepan.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
    Remove from heat. Add eggs, lemon juice and rind.
    Pour into baked pie crust.
    Cover with meringue and bake about 25 minutes at 300\u00b0.
