Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 large eggs
    2 c. granulated sugar or more for taste
    2 large cans Pet evaporated milk
    1/2 gal. whole milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring or desired flavoring
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar, milk (both kinds) and flavoring in large pot.
    Add well-beaten eggs.
    Cook on low heat until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool.
