King Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 1 1/2 lb. shrimp or crabmeat
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. light cream
    1/2 c. white wine or chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/3 c. dry breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in flour, milk, cream and wine.
    Cook; stir constantly until smooth and thick.
    Stir in rest of ingredients until cheese melts.
    Fold in shrimp or crabmeat.
    Pour in a 2-quart casserole (greased).
    Top with breadcrumbs.
    Place in oven at 400\u00b0.
    Bake 15 minutes or until top is brown.
    Serve over rice or toast tips.
