Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained
    1 (12 oz.) can white Shoepeg corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can French-cut green beans, drained
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat to boiling the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Pour over vegetables and let set overnight.
    Will keep in refrigerator 8 to 10 weeks.
