Zucchini, Carrot, Corn Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, shredded coarsely
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. whole kernel corn
    2 medium carrots, shredded
    dash of pepper
    3 green onions
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt on zucchini; let set 30 minutes.
    Rinse with cold water; press between paper towels to remove water.
    Heat butter and oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
    Saute zucchini, corn and carrots until crisp-tender (4 to 5 minutes).
    Add pepper and salt; sprinkle with onions.
