Confetti Rice Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. parsley
    1/3 c. pimento
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine
    ingredients;
    spoon
    into
    a
    buttered
    8-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    May serve with cream of chicken on top.
    Nice accompaniment to any meal.
