Pear And Peach Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 c. sugar
2 c. water
1 c. vinegar (white)
6 sticks cinnamon, broken
2 Tbsp. cloves
7 pt. fruit

Preparation

Heat these ingredients to boiling.
Drop fruit in and boil until tender.
Put in sealed jars.
Makes 6 pints.
